What lawn maintenance packages do you offer?

Essential – mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing.
Complete – Essential plus hedge trimming and flower bed weed control.
Premier – Complete plus a full lawn treatment program.
Pricing is customized to your property — request a quote and we'll help you choose the right fit. One-time mows are also available with no ongoing commitment.

Do you offer sod, top dressing, flower bed weed control, or paver sealing?

Yes — these are quoted individually based on your property, since pricing depends on square footage, current condition, and material. Request a custom quote →

How often will you visit my property?

Weekly during peak growing season (roughly April through September), and biweekly the rest of the year when growth slows down. Exact timing can shift slightly with weather and rainfall.

How long is the service agreement?

Recurring plans run on a 12-month agreement. Spreading service out this way keeps your rate flat and predictable year-round, rather than fluctuating with the seasons, and it ensures your lawn stays on a consistent care schedule through every part of the year.

How and how often will I be charged?

For recurring service, we keep a card on file and bill a flat rate once a month, on the same date your service started — for example, if your first visit is on the 15th, you'll be billed on the 15th every month going forward. Exact rates are confirmed when we send your quote.

Do rates drop during the slower growing months?

No — your monthly rate stays the same all 12 months. We average the cost across the full year so it's predictable for your budgeting (and ours), which also means you're not paying more during the busiest summer growth months either.

What holidays are you closed for?

We take Memorial Day, the 4th of July, and Labor Day off, along with the week of Thanksgiving and the weeks of Christmas and New Year's. Service picks back up on the next scheduled visit.
